What we do
Flypass Holidays prepares Schengen short stay visa applications from first document to final submission. We review documents, draft cover letters and itineraries, guide the choice of consulate, assist with securing a biometric appointment at the correct centre, and audit the complete file before it is lodged. We are an independent consultancy. We are not affiliated with any embassy, consulate, government authority or visa application centre, and official visa services remain available directly from those bodies.
Who we work for
Our clients are non-UK nationals living in the United Kingdom: students, professionals and families holding UK leave to remain, including indefinite leave to remain. They hold passports that ask more of them at every border, and the paperwork rewards precision. Each application is treated as a private file and read against the conventions the consulates themselves observe.
How we work
The order of the work is deliberate. We begin with an assessment of residence status, travel history and purpose, which settles the consulate that must receive the application. The appointment is the binding constraint, so it is identified and secured early, and the file is prepared backwards from the booked date. Every document to be carried on the day is checked line by line before submission. The audit comes before the application is lodged, never after.
What we do not promise
Visa decisions rest solely with the relevant embassy or consulate. No consultancy can guarantee an outcome, an appointment date, or a processing time, and we do not claim to. What we control is the quality of the file: complete, consistent, and prepared to the standard the Visa Code requires. Our fees pay for that work and are agreed in writing before it begins, separately from the official visa fee you pay directly to the authority or centre.
